Now, more than ever, in light of the evolving COVID-19 situation, we are focused on the health and safety of all our guests and team, without compromising the quality of your experience when you stay with us.
We will be taken precautionary measures to ensure your wellbeing, along with that of your fellow travellers and our team following the latest information, protocols and tools from the world’s leading health experts including the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control.
You should have confidence when you book a stay at our villas that we are doing everything in our hand to have accommodations ready for you.
Given the impact of COVID-19 on how we work, socialize and travel we have updated our policy to provide our guests the most flexibility we can offer during these challenging times.
Generally speaking, for guests with existing individual reservations, including reservations with pre-paid rates that are typically more restrictive, we will find the best solution together with you, should it be essential to change your travel plans. We should all, especially now try to help each other. As Cielo villas is a small family business we would like to thank you in advance for not cancelling but postponing your reservation with us.
For new individual reservations between today and May 15, 2020, we will allow those reservations to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 7 days prior to arrival for our hotels.
We are doing everything we can to make sure we provide a safe and ultimately enjoyable experience when you visit us. We look forward to welcoming you to Cielo Villas soon.
